Nyssa High School Students and Parents, Tomorrow morning, Tuesday March 20, 2023, all sophomores, per a state requirement, will be taking the P-ACT. Students please report to the auditorium at 8:00. The next girls basketball state playoff game is this morning at 10:45. The game will be broadcasted to the Nyssa High School Auditorium for any community members who would like to join us. Good luck to our girls and Go Bulldogs!!

We are super proud of our girls basketball team who will be competing at the state playoffs in Coos Bay this week. For those unable to travel, Nyssa High School will host a watch party in the auditorium for each playoff game. The first game will be 7:30 on Thursday March 2nd. We hope to see you there!! Estamos muy orgullosos de nuestro equipo de baloncesto femenino que competirá en los playoffs estatales en Coos Bay esta semana. Para aquellos que no puedan viajar, Nyssa High School organizará una fiesta de observación en el auditorio para cada juego de playoffs. El primer juego será a las 7:30 el jueves 2 de marzo. ¡¡Esperamos verte ahí!!

State Wrestling - Jesse Aragon took 3rd, Dennis Savage and LeRoy Phillips-Yale both took 6th. They placed 10th as a team!! Congrats Bulldogs!!!

BPA competed at state last weekend and received an award for the chapter with the most growth. Cadi Corn placed 3rd in Business Law. Congrats!!!

Congrats Lady Bulldogs - girls basketball team is headed to Coos Bay for the 3rd year in a row to battle it out at state!! Good luck ladies!!!

Girls Basketball Tickets - someone has graciously donated money to pay the entry fee for up to 100 MS and HS students at the game on Saturday, February 25 - students must have a valid student ID and Middle School students must be accompanied by an adult. Wear your Bulldog gear and we will see you for the game at 3pm.

⚾️🥎 Hello Nyssa Peeps! It’s time for baseball/softball, but things are going to be different. Registration will be completely through Ontario Rec Dept. (on their website or call 541-889-7686 M-F 9am-5pm), teams and schedules will be made through ORD. We are no longer playing as Nyssa OR based teams in PCRD. We will hand out equipment still here. There will be local games as facilities allow. Currently, Nyssa city fields are not playable for games, so as a community, we need to get to work. Our board is planning to attend the City Council meeting on 3/14/23. Our goal is to ask them to work on the Parks. Thanks for your support!
