Nyssa High School will be sending out a SEED Survey to students during advisory following the completion of state testing. Below is a form that is required for parents to sign if you DO NOT wish for your student to participate - please sign and return to the front office with your student as soon as possible. If you need a copy to be brought home they will be available by the front office. Thank you.
